Refund Policy
Tiempo is sold as a digital software license. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and how digital-delivery rights work for customers in different jurisdictions.
Digital product notice
Tiempo is delivered digitally. After checkout, you receive access to download the software and activate a license key. Because delivery begins immediately, different consumer-rights rules may apply than for physical goods.
Standard refund handling
We review refund requests in good faith. As a baseline policy, we may approve refunds for accidental duplicate purchases, technical activation failures we cannot resolve, or clear billing mistakes reported promptly after purchase.

- Include the purchase email, receipt details, and a short description of the issue
- If a refund is granted, the related license may be revoked
EU and similar consumer rights
If local law grants you a withdrawal right for digital content, that right may end once digital delivery or license access begins, provided the checkout flow clearly asks for your consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right may be lost. Where mandatory consumer law says otherwise, that law controls.
What is not normally refundable
- Refund requests after substantial use without a billing or technical issue
- Requests based only on changed preference after successful license delivery and activation
- Compatibility issues already disclosed on the website, including the current macOS version requirement
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving a license, we may suspend or revoke the affected license while the payment dispute is being resolved.
